One to One Counselling
People usually come to counselling when they are struggling to overcome psychological difficulties. Having someone to talk to who is not directly involved in your particular circumstances can make a positive life changing difference.
Counselling provides an opportunity to explore concerns and help make sense of complex issues in a safe non judgemental environment.
Counselling can help with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties:
- Relationship difficulties
- Managing life changes
- Self Esteem
All relationships go through difficulties and frequently couples get stuck in a repeated pattern of behaviour which they find difficult to resolve.
When relationships start to deteriorate ongoing and unaddressed stresses can leave couples feeling exhausted and ill equipped to address the underlying issues.
Your therapist will work together with you to improve or rescue your relationship or if you wish to separate or divorce, to do so as amicably as possible.
The objective of couple therapy is to assist in developing skills and methods of communication so that you can resolve the issue yourselves.when a relationship ends
